The LOCKIN method

Stop planning. Find the proof.

Seven days is not enough time to build the final company. It is enough time to discover whether the idea deserves another seven months.

Choose · Make · Test · Ask · Fix · Push · Ship

The principle

Evidence beats confidence

Most ideas stay safe for too long. They live in notes, voice messages and conversations with people who already like you. Nothing has to survive contact with reality.

LOCKIN changes the unit of progress. A finished deck is not progress. A stranger using the first version, answering a difficult question or paying a pound is progress. So is discovering that the idea should stop.

The week is designed around short loops between making and learning. You build only enough to get the next useful answer.

Day 01

Choose

Reduce the noise to one idea, one customer and one problem worth testing.

Day 02

Make

Use AI and simple tools to create the smallest version that can enter the world.

Day 03

Test

Put it in front of real people before your imagination can fill in the blanks.

Day 04

Ask

Make a clear offer, name a price and give someone the chance to say yes.

Day 05

Fix

Follow what people actually do. Keep the signal and remove everything else.

Day 06

Push

Use the evidence to improve the product, message and path to the first customer.

Day 07

Ship

Publish the work, show the receipts and leave with a specific next move.

The tools

AI makes speed possible

AI can research a market, turn rough thinking into a prototype, write the first copy and help a non technical founder connect tools that once required a development team.

That speed is useful only when it shortens the distance to a real person. The goal is not to spend a week prompting in private. The goal is to get an imperfect thing into the hands of someone who can react to it.

Founder led workshops and practical clinics help you choose the right problem, use the tools well and get unstuck without handing the work to somebody else.

The environment

Focus is part of the product

Phones are locked away. The workspace is ready. Meals and the shape of the day are handled. You get long uninterrupted blocks without becoming a machine.

Hikes, swims and shared dinners are not rewards for productivity. They stop a hard week becoming a joyless one, and they create the conversations that do not happen in a scheduled networking slot.

You do not need to quit your job or arrive with a polished company. You need an idea you are willing to test and enough honesty to follow the evidence.

Bring the unfinished thing.

Camp 01 takes place in Funchal from 8 to 15 March 2027. Twenty people, one central workspace and seven days to stop being about to.
